How To Save A Marriage - Should A Couple Separate To Save Marriage?

Staying together didn't help me save my marriage

Click to find the right way to save your marriage

Staying together with your spouse for the sake of the children or just in the hope that your relationship gets better, rarely works if you're trying to save your marriage and avoid divorce. Sooner or later you will most likely end up splitting up so is there another way that might be more effective?

Everyone tells you that you should talk to your partner, listen to what they are telling you then change your behaviour to put right all of your faults. If both of you really work at doing this then your marriage will be solved right? Well probably not.

What if your spouse doesn't want to save your marriage?

Conventional advice is only likely to work if both you and your partner really want to avoid divorce. Unfortunately this isn't often the case. More often than not one of you wants to save the relationship but the other one just wants to get out as soon as they can. You can't hope to work together towards a reconciliation under these circumstances because it simply won't work.

Pleading and promising to change isn't going to work either because this just makes you look weak and needy and quite frankly, pathetic. All you will succeed in doing is pushing your partner away quicker than if you did nothing.

Relax and start living again. Find out how to make your ex love you again

How to save your marriage by having a good time

Instead of trying to push yourself onto your partner and killing your relationship by smothering it you could try separation instead. At first sight this sounds like an odd thing to do. How do you end up staying together by separating? Well believe it or not it can work and it might save your marriage even if your spouse doesn't want it to.

Separating does two things. Straight away your partner will start to realize exactly what she or he will be missing if your relationship ends. If you've always been a loving partner and good provider then these qualities in you will be missed immediately. The grass isn't always greener on the other side is it?

When your spouse sees you having a good time without her she may start to remember why you got together in the first place. This is where you have to concentrate on saving your marriage by just being yourself away from you spouse and make sure that she knows what you're doing. The more she sees you enjoying yourself and not needing her the more attractive you will become to her. You might even find that your spouse starts trying to save your marriage all by herself, even if she didn't want to in the first place.

You don't have to move out

You don't actually need to be apart physically to have a separation. In fact it helps if you don't because it will be easier for your spouse to see you being yourself. Tell your partner that you know that she wants a divorce and that you are going to start living your life the way you want to. Let her see you coming home late from the office and starting to date new people. You can even discuss your dates with her and ask her advice on how you can make a good impression. This is sure to get her thinking.

The results from this strategy might surprise you. Lets face it, your marriage was going to end in divorce anyway right, so what have you got to lose? By showing your partner that you don't need them you will be making yourself more attractive to them and maybe they will start to reconsider what it is that they really want.

The fact is that an arrest warrant could have a dramatic effect on your life if you choose to ignore it. It could cost you a lot of money in mounting fines. You could end up with a jail sentence and it won't do your reputation a bit of good.

The problem is that you don't always know when a warrant has been issued for you and if you don't know about it then you can't do anything about it can you. Luckily there is an easy way for you to make a regular check on your arrest warrant status. If you want to know more about this right away then scroll down to the bottom of this article.

What exactly is an arrest warrant?

Most people don't realize this but there are in fact at least 2 kinds of warrant that can be placed on you. One is issued by the police and is called an Arrest Warrant. Are you a criminal identity theft victim?

It seems that not a day goes past that you don't hear some horror story about someone having their identity stolen and finding that all their cards have been maxed out or the've suddenly got loans to pay back that they never took out in the first place. Identity theft is a popular activity amongst thieves and if they commit a criminal offence while they are impersonating you then guess who gets the arrest warrant? You do. Imagine that - the police wake you up in the middle of the night and drag you off for an offence that you never committed in a place that you've never been to. Wouldn't you like to know about these warrants so that you can do something about them before the cops start chasing you?

How to find a warrant for arrest before the Police come for you

It's never been easier to search for things online and it's getting better every day as more and more information becomes available. The only problem you have is finding the information that's available to you. You're in luck though because there are now organizations devoted to scavenging every bit of information from publicly available databases and presenting them to you in a single easy to use web site.

Information about arrest warrants is just one of a multitude of things that you can find out about yourself or someone else and you can do it completely confidentially from these online public records databases. Scroll down to the bottom of this article and click the link to find out more and check your arrest warrants now.

Alternative ways of checking for arrest warrants

If you don't want to use a public records database web site then there are other ways you can use to try and find your warrants. None of them are as effective as the dedicated web site but it's a good idea to be aware of them.

You could do nothing and just wait for the cops to knock on your door. It's an easy method but if it happens then you are likely to be dragged off there and then and not be given much opportunity to do anything about the warrant.

You can ask at the courthouse but you have to know which courthouse the warrant was issued from. This isn't much good if the warrant was issued elsewhere which it might be if you are the victim of criminal identity theft.

One method I don't recommend is asking a police officer. They have the ability to search for your warrants and if you have one they will let you know soon enough but they are also very likely to arrest you on the spot. This isn't what you want. You want to know about the warrant before you get arrested and do something about it like talk to a lawyer.

Arrest Warrants: How Do I Get A Warrant by Driving Too Fast

How do I deal with arrest warrants for speeding offences?

For many years now the police have been using radar speed traps to catch you exceeding the speed limit. If you get caught in a trap then the police send you a citation in the post and if you don't get it for some reason or you just ignore it then eventually you will probably get an arrest warrant issued.

More recently they've been using laser speed guns in place of radar. Laser speed detectors are more accurate than radar but they are also much more difficult to defend against if you are a driver. You can easily obtain a radar detector to put in your car which will warn you when approaching a radar trap but it won't detect laser guns.

These are just two of a number of ways you might get caught while exceeding the speed limit and you will often be quite unaware that you've been caught. You probably didn't even realise that you were speeding anyway.

Doing nothing about speeding tickets leads to a warrant for your arrest then the first thing you know about it is a police officer knocking at your door to arrest you. So How do you find a warrant for arrest before the police come for you? You can enquire at your courthouse regularly but that will only work if you offended in your area. You might have picked up a warrant in a different state.

The easiest and quickest way to find out if you have an arrest warrant is to subscribe to an online public records database that specialises in finding out as much information about you from thousands of different sources. All this information is then available to you to search in less than 10 minutes. It's so quick and easy it makes it a breeze to check regularly and stay ahead of the law.

Arrest Warrants: Avoiding A Warrant For Arrest Beats Dealing With The Cops

Avoid getting arrest warrants if you can and make sure you know when you have one

Not all arrest warrants can be avoided because they are completely out of your control. You can make sure that you find out about them early enough to find a lawyer and deal with it before the police come knocking on your door in the middle of the night to drag you away to jail.

Find your arrest warrants now

It is possible to avoid some warrants however and you should do everything that you can to make sure that you don't end up with one. You don't want to get arrested for a silly oversight do you?

How to avoid Bench Warrants

Bench warrants are similar to arrest warrants. If you get one then you can expect that the police will eventually come after you to take you in. The main difference is that a Bench Warrant is issued by a court and an arrest warrant is issued by the police.

If you were told to attend court and you missed the appointment then a Bench warrant can be raised. The court can issue a warrant for you if you don't follow their instructions at any point during or after your court case. If you were given a fine or community service to carry out by the court and you fail to pay or do the work then the court will issue a Bench warrant.

It's easy to avoid getting a Bench warrant. All you have to do is follow instructions. If you turn up in court when you are told to and you accept your punishment, pay all your fines and do your community service then the court will have no cause to issue a warrant for you.

If you have to do community service as part of your judgement then make sure that the court has been informed when you have completed the work. This is a silly mistake to make and one that's easily made. After all you've paid your debt to society so that should be the end of it right? Wrong, if you do the service but the court aren't informed then they will assume that you haven't done it and guess what? they will issue a Bench Warrant for you.

Active Arrest Warrants - What is a Warrant For Arrest and Why You Should Care

How to avoid an Arrest Warrant

The best advice I can give you here is to obey the law at all times. Don't steal, don't be violent, don't do drugs, don't drive faster than the speed limit, don't park in places where you should not... Get the picture?

The problem is that you can't always avoid an arrest warrant because the police can issue one for you at any time. You don't even need to have committed a crime for this to happen. The cops just have to think that you did it. What this means is that you might not even be aware that you have an arrest warrant because you haven't been notified yet and you can't remember breaking the law.

Warrants for arrest might be issued against you for several reasons. You might have driven through a red light and not noticed. You might have been exceeding the speed limit and the letter hasn't got to you yet. You might have committed some serious crime or someone has stolen your identity and committed a crime for you.

It's hard to avoid Criminal identity theft

Criminal identity theft seems to be getting more and more commonplace. Someone pretends to be you and goes off and commits a crime. If they get caught then they give the police your details and skip bail. In this situation an arrest warrant will be issued in your name and the police will come looking for you instead of the criminal who really committed the offence. This is one of the worst situations to be in because you never know when it's going to happen or in which state the arrest warrant is going to be issued in.

If you have a warrant for your arrest for something that you did not do then the best you can do is to make sure that you find out when a warrant is issued on you. If you are aware of the warrant you can get yourself a lawyer and hand yourself in voluntarily before the cops come and drag you off in handcuffs.

Finding out if you have an Arrest Warrant

If you have an arrest warrant then eventually you will have to appear in court to answer the charge. You will be in a much better position to argue your case effectively if you have voluntarily given yourself up because this shows the court that you have made an effort to comply with the law. So how do you find out if you have an arrest warrant or not?

The easiest and by far the most convenient way to check for arrest warrants is to use an online public records database. Public records from thousands of different sources can now be accessed from a single website to do background checks and find out information on almost anyone including yourself. Arrest warrant details are included in the information that will be made available to you. These websites very powerful so use them wisely.

Check for warrant for arrest in less than 5 minutes. Do it completely confidentially using an online records database using information from multiple private and public sources.

Arrest Warrants: 3 Ways To Find Out If You Have A Warrant For Arrest

Discover your arrest warrants and save yourself a lot of trouble and money

When did you last check to see if you've got any outstanding arrest warrants? You've probably never even given it a thought but have you ever thought about what might happen if there are any warrants out on you? One day there will be a knock on the door and there will be a cop standing there ready to take you to jail.

You'll appear before a court who will know that you had to be tracked down by the police. You could lose time from work, more money than you need to in fines and a whole lot of stress. I'm going to give you 3 simple ways of checking for arrest warrants so that you can save yourself a lot of trouble and money.

If you're not sure what an arrest warrant is then take a look at this article Active Arrest Warrants - What is a Warrant For Arrest and Why You Should Care

The worst part about it all is that you might not know that you've done anything wrong that could cause you to gain a warrant. It might be a simple parking fine that you've forgotten to pay or a minor traffic offence. Perhaps you should have done some community service but missed it for some reason. You might have done the community service but just forgotten to inform the court that you have. Someone might have stolen your identity and committed a crime while impersonating you.

If you've got a warrant then you can't stop the process that will inevitably follow but you can minimize the effect of it on you. If you discover that you have a warrant before you get arrested then you have the opportunity to do something about it. Get a lawyer straight away and make arrangements with them to voluntarily hand yourself in. Simply doing this will show the court that you are trying hard to put things right and so will most likely treat you more lenient.

Here are 3 ways of finding out if you have a warrant for arrest. The first one is not recommended and should be avoided. The last one is quick, easy and convenient.

1. Ask a police officer - No don't do this

The easiest way to get yourself arrested if you have a warrant for your arrest is to ask a police officer to find out for you. If the officer learns that you do have a warrant then they will most likely arrest you on the spot. You've just handed them an arrest statistic on a plate. Of course you will have a lot less opportunity to make a good impression on the court now that you are in jail.

2. Make a visit to your courthouse

If you know which area you might have picked up a warrant in then you can pay a visit to the local courthouse and ask. They should be happy to give you details and you are less likely to get arrested than if you were to ask a police officer.

The problem with this approach is that you have to know where the warrant might be before you go and enquire. The fact is that you might have warrants anywhere. This is especially likely in the event of criminal identity theft where someone has stolen your name and details and committed an offence the other side of the country. How are you ever going to find those warrants? Don't worry there is a way.

3. Look up arrest warrants with an online public records database

The easiest and quickest way to find out if you have warrants is to use an online web site. You can do a check for your arrest warrants, or anyone else's for that matter in less than 10 minutes. It's convenient and confidential and because they accumulate records from hundreds or thousands of different public and private databases, there's a good chance that your warrant will be listed even if it was issued in a courthouse thousands of miles away.

You don't have to worry about getting arrested when you use an online service to find your warrants because most of the better sites are completely confidential. No one will know that you've been searching and no one else will see the results so it's completely safe.

When you find that there's an active warrant out on you go straight out and get yourself a lawyer to guide you through the process of giving yourself up and getting it all sorted out. It's miles better than getting arrested.

Warrant For Arrest - How Do I Check For Arrest Warrants

Did you know that you could have outstanding arrest warrants? Find out about them right now

The police only have to think that you've committed a crime before applying for an arrest warrant from a Judge. Most people think that you have to actually do something wrong before you can get an arrest warrant but that's not true. The police could come and get you at any time whether you're a criminal or not. See below for an easy way to check if you have any active arrest warrants.

If you've forgotten to appear in court when you should have done or you didn't get proof of that community service that you did then the court may have issued a bench warrant for you. If you have any kind of active warrant outstanding then sooner or later the police will come after you and arrest you.

You can't afford to ignore an arrest warrant

If the cops come knocking at your door to arrest you then it will show on your record that the police had to hunt you down to serve the warrant on you. When you get to court this isn't going to look good for you. The judge will be influenced by the fact that you had to be dragged in to court. You can't afford to ignore an arrest warrant even if you are unaware that you have one.

It's not as uncommon as you might think to have warrants that you don't know about. It happens all of the time. Perhaps you failed to pay a fine or ran through a speed trap without realising it. You might have had your identity stolen and someone has been committing crimes on your behalf and giving your name to the police. Think about that for a moment, you can get arrested for something someone else did while they were using your name.

It's much better to give yourself up than wait for the cops to drag you in

Try to put yourself into the judges shoes. Do you think that he or she might be inclined to treat you more sympathetically if your record shows that you handed yourself in to the court as soon as you discovered that you had an arrest warrant? I'm betting that this would be the case no matter how hard the judge tried to be impartial. It's just human nature.

So find out whether you have active arrest warrants and take steps to engage a lawyer and give yourself up as soon as possible.

Check yourself out for warrants of arrest in the next few minutes

If you have an idea that you might have a warrant active and you know where it might have been issued then you can go and ask at the courthouse. This is easy enough but there's no guarantee that you'll get the right courthouse.

Whatever you do don't ask a police officer because they most likely will arrest you on the spot as soon as they find out that there is an arrest warrant out for you.

There is a better way to check for warrants. You can use an online website that specialises in collecting public records from all over. You can do one search that will cover a multitude of courthouses and find additional information from all kinds of sources.

Check for arrest warrants now and do it regularly to make sure you stay on the right side of the law.

How Do I Find Someone's Birthday Without Any Embarrassment

You often can't find someone's birthday by asking them

There's only one thing that people hate more than growing old and that's letting other people know that they're getting older. People often lie about their age so that they can give the impression of being younger than they really are...

Of course if you are very young it's more common for you to try and give the impression that you're older and more mature than you really are. This is another reason why you might lie about your age. There's probably an optimum age when you don't mind telling your real age but I think most people race through this period very quickly.

Have you lost touch with someone and you want to find them? You might find this article useful How To Find People And Birthdays. When you've located them you can find out their birthday and send them a card to break the ice.

So if you want to send someone a birthday gift or you need to know their true age for some reason how do you find out what it is without causing embarrassment?

Be very discreet when trying to find out someone's date of birth

Often people don't want you to know how old they are because they take pride in their youthful looks and outlook. They might even lie about their age to add to the illusion. In fact lying about your age must be one of the most common 'white lies' there is. It might even be the most common lie that anyone makes. You can't just walk up to someone and ask, "How old are you?" because you can potentially cause a lot of embarrassment and you can't rely on getting a truthful answer in any case.

You have to be discrete if you want to find someone's birthday. You need to find a way to look up their birth record without letting them know that you're doing it. You can't ask them directly and you can't ask their friends either. Friends might feel that they're betraying a trust or they might not know the true age of the person anyway. Luckily there is a way to do this using the Internet. See below.

Is there anyone you could ask about this persons date of birth?

You might be able to ask close friends or relatives of the person but I think that you need to know them very well before you do. You could look up their birth records if you knew where to go to find it but that seems like a lot of hard work to me.

If you are close to friends or relatives of the person then they might be prepared to give you the information that you are looking for but they might not even know the answers. They might think that they know their age but they are way off without knowing it.

How to find someone's date of birth quick, easy and discrete

Vast amounts of information about us all including your date of birth are now stored in databases much of which are available to you to access if you only knew which database you needed and where to go to find it. The problem is knowing how to do the searches and having the time to do it.

Don't worry because help is at hand. It's now possible to access hundreds or thousands of databases consisting of literally billions of records about you and almost anyone you can think of. You can do all of this by using a single website which makes the whole process much more attractive.

Use the same databases used by law enforcement to find out someone's birthday in less than 10 minutes.
